This workshop aims to provide small business owners with the knowledge, skills, and tools they need to align their business with a game plan, develop leadership skills, and improve business performance.
This workshop is designed for small to medium size business owners, including startups, mature teams, and established businesses. We recommend that all senior leaders attend the workshop where possible.
The workshop focuses on 12 specific steps, including goal setting, purpose, problem-solving and prioritisation, resource allocation, collaboration and teamwork, and accountability.
By attending this workshop, you will gain a deeper understanding of how to work together effectively, improve team communication, prioritise tasks and activities, allocate resources effectively, and hold yourselves accountable for achieving your goals. You will also have the opportunity to develop stronger relationships with your team members and build a stronger, more cohesive team.
The workshop will include presentations, group discussions, and interactive activities. You will be able to learn from experienced coaches and like-minded business owners and apply the concepts you learn to real-world scenarios.
The workshop is a minimum of a 12-week commitment, depending on the depth and breadth of the topics covered.
Some pre-work is recommended before attending the workshop, such as a team assessment and watching the online videos to help us tailor the content to your specific needs.
Yes, we offer ongoing support and resources to help your team continue to develop and apply the concepts you learned in the workshop. This includes three follow-up coaching sessions, access to online resources and tools, and ongoing communication with our coaches.
